Chris has worked extensively leading transport planning and design support to planning applications, from boutique developments of one or two units, through all project sizes up to new towns of more than 10,000 homes.  Chris has worked across many property sectors including residential, office, retail, sport and leisure, education and healthcare; in London, and throughout the UK.  He has worked for both the public and private sectors on new build, re-build and regeneration schemes.

Chris’ approach is to make transport planning and design as smooth and accessible as possible for clients and co-professionals. He brings a wealth of knowledge of the requirements of residents, commercial occupiers and building operators / management companies, and understands where value engineering of transport and access arrangements can be successfully implemented while maintaining the all-important quality of the end product.
