A Car Park Management Plan (CPMP) it is a tool to manage parking demand by identifying the users of a parking area (staff, tenants, customers, deliveries) and planning for their respective parking needs.

We have produced CPMP’s for client’s operating: shops, residential, schools, universities and hospitals.

We listen to our clients, provide advice and deliver plans to produce an effective and efficient strategy and controls.  Typically we:

• Undertake surveys to understand existing parking demand and users

• Ensure that the CPMP is complementary to initiatives defined in a Travel Plan

• Design layout plans to optimise or formalise parking arrangements

• Recommend how to control parking (permits, P&D etc)

• Advise on how tariff structures can be used to influence demand and behaviour

• Produce a CPMP document
